"Very nice apartments with great amenities. Staff are professional, courteous and thorough. Maintenance takes great care in getting things right. Loved the location, too. If we hadn't purchased a house (which was always our plan), we'd still be living there. Take a tour and see for yourself. Gym, pool, on-site recycling, and a very nice private park on the banks of the Tualatin River." - Lewis F., Yelp
"OUTSTANDING!! The property itself is filled with trees, giving the complex an alpine resort feel; yet, it's just off a convenient road. But what really makes Commons at Creekside special is the management team. They are by far the friendliest and most efficient we have ever encountered. Our entire experience . . . from initial phone call through the application process was smooth and pleasant. I wish all apartment complexes were run like this one!!" -Yingfen C., Google
"I've been here for 13 years and love it. There are lots of tress and the common areas are well maintained. There is a little overflow pond out my back and so I see lots of birds. The office staff is very helpful and nice. They have been doing some remodeling which looks wonderful. The pool is a perfect size and the party room very handsome. The exercise room is perfect." -Toni D., Apartments.com
"Lived here for 1 1/2 years, and it's a great place! The grounds are well-kept and always beautifully groomed. The staff in the office are super friendly and helpful with speedy response time! I really enjoyed having a pool for the ridiculously hot last summer; and for cool nights there's a hot tub which is open late and very rarely occupied. I deeply appreciate that they refund deposits accordingly for units left in good shape!! I would definitely live here again or recommend it to family and friends." -Michelle R., Google
"Fantastic place to call home, I moved here about 6 months ago and it has been fantastic, I work from home so I see / experience / enjoy the complex a lot. I was worried moving into a bigger complex like this, however all the worries were for nothing. The management here has been amazing, they have addressed any maintenance issue I have had very swiftly, I might just have a optimum spot but I hardly ever hear any other tenants. I came from a fourplex and I always heard people so this has been awesome. I am hoping to be able to stay for a long time, this place maybe should want to call home. They keep this place very clean and green like it should be in Oregon. My covered parking spots costs are incredibly reasonable. If you are looking around for a place to live in this area, you owe it to yourself to stop by and check out the Commons are Redwood creek, soon they might just be called Home to you." -Samual G., Google
"Moving from out of state, I've heard of so many nightmare stories of properties not being what they seemed. This is one of those times where the property accurately reflected what they say they are and more. From the time we toured the property to the last few months living here, I can honestly say that the manager and team here care about their residents. They take the time to invest in their residents, from throwing events to bring residents together, to creating an inviting environment in the main office where you can work.Nestled in the hills, close to the freeway and only a 10 min drive from downtown. You also have various grocery stores, shops, movie theater a quick 5-10 min drive away. I couldn't have picked a better place to start my Portland experience." -Manuel C., Google
"I have been living here for about a year now and this is by far the best apartment living experience. I really enjoy the apartment's layout and features. I rented it before even seeing it and was not disappointed. I also really like to walk and this community offers some nice pathways through a creek with plenty of trees. If I need to run to the grocery store, Market of Choice is just right there across the street which is convenient if you get caught up in a snow storm or just don't feel up to driving. The combination of the ideal location and the actual property itself makes this a great place to live." -Eddie S., Yelp
"I had a great experience at the Commons at Verandas! I was in Apartment building 20 on the 3rd floor. Despite having neighbors, it still felt very private and quiet. The ambiance was very serene as well, with a lot of trees surrounding our building. Being walking distance from the Tanasbourne market area was a plus as well :D " -Karl M., Google
